An independent SLD expert gives our clients the confirmation that their flat roof was properly inspected with regard to its function and that any damage was recognised and can be preventively treated. An inspection of the sealing for damaged spots or deficiencies in execution is ideally conducted right at acceptance or handover of industrial buildings.

Professional leak localisation with the certified SLD measurement procedure avoids cost-intensive renovation work and extends the life of flat roofs. Even before the inspection, the client can receive an early prediction about the precision of the test thanks to a unique classification procedure for flat roofs (RTRS). All leaks and potential weak spots are precisely detected, documented in a comprehensive inspection and measurement protocol and presented as a visual work plan.

The inspection of the humidity detection can serve at the time of construction, to inspect the guarantee and for quality control in the framework of a running maintenance programme. The Dec scanner recognises and evaluates the humidity conditions in roof systems through the non-destructive measurement of the electrical impedance. After a known acceptable dry area is determined, one of three sensitive areas is selected.
